Lyle Fearnley
Lyle Fearnley is a PhD candidate in Medical Anthropology at the University of California, Berkeley. His primary research is on the design and implementation of new technologies of public health surveillance. Future projects include an examination of how such technologies make possible a truly global, rather than international, surveillance regime; and the impact of that regime on surveillance
practices in the People’s Republic of China.
