Christopher Kelty People

Christopher Kelty teaches at Rice University in Houston, Texas. He researches and teaches in science and technology studies; specifically internet culture and history, intellectual property, the public sphere, free and open source software, public domains, commons, authorship and ownership, and the history and philosophy of science and technology, in the US, Europe and India. His book Two Bits: The Cultural Significance of Free Software and the Internet (Duke) is due out in 2007.
