On the Assembly of Things is an ARC blog devoted to scanning and comparing developments in the worlds of nanotechnology and synthetic biology. In particular, it is concerned with issues of ethics, life and truth orders, the role of anthropology in the direction of emerging sciences, the fundamental ontological questions raised in these areas and the construction and restriction of publics, public affairs and public relations and a host of other issues.
