		<description>The idea that the EU regulations are going to prove effective is as convincing as the claim that the EU regulations in ethics are effective. That is to say, somewhat.
Please remember that it was the Germans and others selling chemicals and components to Sadam.
This self-satisfaction also confuses the distinction of warfare/terrorism.
Please keep in mind that the EU (and American) opposition to deCode in Iceland was a contributing factor in opening their stock offering to the public who have now lost all their savings.
Do we trust the regulators to be Precautionary or Preventive or even serious?
Most of this folks is “rhetoric of reassurance” and a theater of “experiments of reassurance.”
